Meld worked with founder Phil O’Brien to create a new brand around a one-of-a-kind destination for people and pets. It’s a place where people of all ages who own or love animals can gather, play, learn, exercise, eat, and relax together year-round in a safe, pet-friendly community.
Meld helped make strategic decisions around colors, fonts, photos and messaging. We also worked with architects at Shive Hattery to infuse the brand into the renderings. From the D.I.V.E. area to the W.O.R.K. collab space, this facility is meant to build and support community.
The best brands don’t just allow you to connect with a service or product, they help you make an emotional connection. Meld helped W.A.L.K.’s founder tell his story about why he wanted to create this new concept. It’s been a passion of his for years, and we wanted to translate that passion to the marketing. We also wanted it to connect, based on the research we did, to audiences interested in lifetime memberships, annual memberships, and those who simply wanted to put it on their “must visit” list. To do that, Meld helped created everything from the name to the brand identity to the website, organic and paid social media, an investor’s presentation, and more.
Meld executed several ongoing campaigns on W.A.L.K.’s social media, including a Meet the Members campaign that spotlighted those who had purchased W.A.L.K. memberships and encouraged other dog owners to do the same. This was the top-performing post in this campaign, with 600+ reactions on Facebook and 900 likes on Instagram.
