Meld created this fun and engaging transition video to reveal the refreshed name, branding, and packaging for Oasis’s store products. This video also directed traffic to the new Oasis Street Food website.
Meld has extensive experience creating eye-catching packaging. That’s why we teamed up with Oasis Falafel that has earned a strong reputation in the restaurant business. Now they wanted to expand sales of their products to retail outlets such as Hy-Vee, Costco, and other regional channels. Meld’s strategic recommendation was to evolve the retail-focused brand so it could grow with the company. Meld conducted extensive research and looked at competitors and from that created the name Oasis Street Food. This became the inspiration for Meld’s work in developing the new brand identity, messaging, and eye-popping packaging.
For Oasis, we incorporated elements of what makes their product unique, including a transparency in the label to see the amazing product itself, which contains no preservatives. The ability to see the product reflects the company’s dedication to producing clean food that’s good for you. We also incorporated a chalkboard effect on the packaging that is a connection to their original restaurant. Meld planned and oversaw the launch of the refreshed brand, working with large grocery store chains to pursue marketing opportunities. We also managed the public relations, provided digital support on social channels, and created the content and design for a new website. Within months, Oasis had grown its Hy-Vee footprint and moved in three Costco stores in Iowa.
