Meld was proud to be the marketing lead for a new $50 million condominium development in Coralville, Iowa. The project brought together multiple partners on the development side and multiple partners on the marketing and architectural end. The Meld team became the glue between it all. Meld helped build the brand identity and logo, planned and executed the brand reveal, provided content for the website, and spearheaded drone work and photography. We were fortunate enough to work with Creative Mellen and Shive Hattery on this project as well as with Grand Rail, The Bails Team, and Brotherton Investments.
This launch post announced Elevate’s name, showed the branding, displayed the building renderings and Elevate lifestyle, and directed traffic to the new website—all in a succinct, engaging, high-quality video.

Meld reached 16,277+ people through organic and paid Facebook efforts in the first 30 days after the Elevate launch.
The website bounce rate in the first three months after launch. This percentage is within the optimal range and means that more than 60% of the people who go to the website are extremely engaged with the content and look at more than one page of the website.
